In their new program, Giardino del Sud, they take the audience on a journey through the soundscapes of Italy.

With passion and virtuosity, they interpret a wide range of melodies – from traditional folk music and film scores to soulful canzoni.

An accordion, a double bass – two musicians of great joy. Sven Angelo Mindeci (accordion) and Peter Gossweiler (double bass) have been musical companions and friends for almost 20 years. Their shared experiences as sidemen in various ensembles have forged a unique musical connection, which they now further develop as a duo.

In their chamber music dialogue, the reduction to accordion and double bass creates a rich, intimate soundscape – sometimes melancholic, sometimes vibrant, always underpinned by musical skill and rapport.
